Receptionist - Full Time

Are you a “people person” with a love of animals?  Does the responsibility of being the “face and voice” of a locally owned, state-of-the-art veterinary specialty and emergency hospital appeal to you?  Do you value excellent customer service, high quality veterinary medical care, possess strong leadership qualities, and desire to be a part of a family-oriented team?  If so, this may be the job for you!  We are seeking a full time veterinary receptionist.  Qualified individuals will possess one year of either customer service or hospitality experience.  While prior veterinary-related experience is ideal, it is not necessary.   Applicants should possess a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, an organized and strong work ethic, and embody genuine compassion for both humans and animals.  Job responsibilities include answering and returning phone calls, greeting clients and their pets while addressing their comfort and hospitality needs, facilitating communication and workflow between the reception staff and medical staff, correctly entering medical and informational data into our software system, and other administrative duties.  We offer competitive benefits, salary, and a flexible schedule.  Interested individuals should submit a resume and cover letter to [email protected].

Emergency Veterinary Technician - Full Time

We are seeking a full-time, competent emergency veterinary technician that thrives in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art hospital where they can maximize their technical skills and medical knowledge.   If you pride yourself in delivering the highest level of patient care in an environment that fosters integrity, respect, and quality, this is the job for you!  Potential applicants will not only be responsible for providing excellent care and treatment to unstable and critically ill patients, but will do so with genuine compassion for both our veterinary patients and their owners.  Qualified applicants should be proficient in placing IV catheters, triage, administering medications, blood draws, anesthesia monitoring, and laboratory procedures.   Applicants should possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.  They must be flexible and able to adapt to new situations while maintaining a collaborative, team approach.   A certified veterinary technician (CVT) or licensed veterinary technician (LVT) is preferred, but not necessary.   We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, flexible rotating schedule, and believe in advancing our staffs’ skills through continuing education and training.   Interested individuals should submit a resume and cover letter to [email protected].
