How should I prepare for an appointment?
Please fast your pet for 8 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.  Bring any relevant medical records including imaging from your regular veterinarian.

How can I make payments?
Payment is required at the time of service.  We gladly accept cash, debit cards, all major credit cards, and Care Credit.  Unfortunately, we no longer accept personal checks.  We apologize for this inconvience.

What is your cancellation policy?
We would appreciate 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments.

Do you allow urgent or same day appointments?
Please call our office and speak with one of our staff to set up a same day appointment.

How is my regular veterinarian updated regarding my pet's visit?
In addition to regular telephone conversations, we fax and/or mail discharge summaries and referral letters to all referring vets.  You regular veternarian also has 24-hour access to your pet's medical record on our online Veternarian's Portal.  Please note that the portal is automatically updated throughout the day approximately every 4 hours.  It does not provide real-time access.
